Health Services Amendment (Areas of
Local Health Networks) Order 2010
under the
Health Services Act 1997
MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 19 of the Health Services Act 1997, make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 1 to the Health Services Act 1997:
| (a) | to add the local government areas of Balranald and Wentworth to the area of the Far West Local Health Network and remove them from the area of the Murrumbidgee Local Health Network, and |
| (b) | to add the local government area of Albury to the area of the Murrumbidgee Local Health Network. |
This Order is made under section 19 of the Health Services Act 1997.

1 Name of Order
This Order is the Health Services Amendment (Areas of Local Health
Networks) Order 2010.
2 Commencement
This Order commences on 1 January 2011 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Health Services Act 1997 No 154
(1) Schedule 1 Names and areas of local health networks Omit “Balranald,” from Column 2 of the matter relating to the
Murrumbidgee Local Health Network.
Insert instead “Albury,”.
(2) Schedule 1 Omit “Wentworth,” from Column 2 of the matter relating to the
Murrumbidgee Local Health Network.(3) Schedule 1 Insert “Balranald,” before “Broken Hill,” in Column 2 of the matter relating to the Far West Local Health Network. (4) Schedule 1 Insert “, Wentworth” after “Central Darling” in Column 2 of the matter relating to the Far West Local Health Network.
