s1 4 Health Services Amendment Bill The Parliament of Queensland enacts— s5 No. 29, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This Act may be cited as the Health Services Amendment Act 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This Act commences on a day to be fixed by proclamation. ˙ Act amended 3. This Act amends the Health Services Act 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 1.5 (Interpretation) 4.(1) Section 1.5(1), definitions “chief executive” and “medical practitioner” omit . (2) Section 1.5(1), definition “public sector hospital” , ‘by order in council’— omit, insert— ‘under a regulation’. ˙ Amendment of s 2.7 (Approval of hospitals for training of medical and other students) 5. Section 2.7(1A), ‘such order’— omit, insert— ‘the approval’.
