Health Services Act 1997—Order

(L.S.) Gordon Samuels, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 62 (2) of the Health Services Act 1997, do, by this my Order, with effect on and from 1 July 1998, amend Schedule 3 to that Act:

(a)	by omitting from Column 2 of the matter relating to the Australian Red Cross Society the words “Bodington Red Cross Hospital, Wentworth Falis”, and
(b)	by inserting in alphabetical order in Columns 1 and 2 respectively:
Catholic Health Care Services Bodington Hospital, Wentworth Falls. Limited
