I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 62 (2) of the Health Services Act 1997, make the following Order.

Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 3 to the Health Services Act 1997 to reflect the change of name by the Mercy Hospital, Albury and the Mercy Hospital Albury Limited to the Mercy Health Service Albury and the Mercy Health Service Albury Limited, respectively. Schedule 3 contains a list of organisations that are ‘‘affiliated health organisations’’ under the Act. This Order is made under section 62 (2) (c) of the Act.

1999.

2 Notes

The explanatory note does not form part of this Order.

3 Amendment of Schedule 3 to the Health Services Act 1997

Schedule 3 to the Health Services Act 1997 is amended:

(a)

by omitting ‘‘Mercy Hospital Albury Ltd’’ from Column 1 and by inserting instead ‘‘Mercy Health Service Albury Limited’’, and

(b)

by omitting ‘‘Mercy Hospital, Albury’’ from Column 2 and by inserting instead ‘‘Mercy Health Service Albury’’.
