2 Health (Scientific Research and Studies) No. 133, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health (Scientific Research and Studies) Regulation 1993 . ˙ Authorisation under s.154M of the Act2.(1) The person mentioned in subsection (2) is authorised to conduct, under Part 4C of the Act, the scientific research and studies mentioned in subsection (3) for the purpose of reducing morbidity or mortality in the State. (2) The authorised person is Dr Judith Lumley, the director of the Perinatal Data Collection Unit of Victoria.
