2 Health (Scientific Research and Studies) Amendment (No. 1) No. 192, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Health (Scientific Research and Studies) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Health(ScientificResearchandStudies)Regulation1993 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.2 (Authorisation under s.154M of the Act) 3. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Authorisation under s.154M of the Act ‘2. A person mentioned in the Schedule is authorised, under Part 4C of the Act, to conduct the scientific research and studies mentioned opposite the person’s name, for the purpose of reducing morbidity or mortality in the State. ’. ˙ Insertion of new Schedule 4. After section 2— insert—

Ms Jennifer Muller, Coordinator and Manager of the Women’s Cancer Prevention Program, Women’s Health Policy Unit, Department of Health. Scientific research and studies A project titled ‘Does Breast Feeding Protect Against Breast Cancer’. A project titled ‘Distribution and Functional Properties of the Epitope Recognised by the Monoclonal Antibody FMC 31’.
