Health (School Dental Therapists) Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (School Dental
Therapists) Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health (School
Dental Therapists) Regulations 1974* .

3.            Regulation 5 amended

Regulation 5(2) is repealed and the following subregulation is inserted instead

(2) The medical history, the consent for treatment and the

updated medical history referred to in

subregulation (1) —

(a)	shall be in a form approved by the Commissioner of Health; and
(b)	may be obtained from a person who has responsibility for the day to day care of the child and with whom the child is living if it is not reasonably practicable to obtain it from a parent or guardian.
