HEALTH (SCHOOL DENTAL THERAPISTS) AMENDMENT

REGULATIONS 1996

Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Health (School Dental Therapists)

Amendment Regulations 1996.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on the day on which the Dental

Amendment Act 1996 comes into operation.

Various regulations repealed

3. The Health (School Dental Therapists) Regulations 1974* are amended by

repealing regulations 2, 3, 4 and 6 and the Schedule.
