Health (Rottnest Island) Amendment Local

Laws 2009

Made by the Executive Director, Public Health.

I.            Citation

These local laws are the Health (Rottnest Island) Amendment
Local Laws 2009.

2.            Commencement

These local laws come into operation as follows —

(a)	clauses 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the clauses — on the day on which the Food Act 2008 section 147(14) comes into operation.

3.            Health (Rottnest Island) By-laws 1989 amended

These local laws amend the Health (Rottnest Island)
By-laws 1989.

(1)	Delete by-law 56(1).
(2)	In by-law 56(2) delete "by-laws, other than a provision of Part 6," and insert:
by-laws

4.            Part 6 deleted

Delete Part 6.

5.            Part 7 deleted

Delete Part 7.

6.            By-law 56 amended
