HEALTH (ROTTNEST ISLAND) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1995

Made by the Executive Director, Public Health and approved by His

Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.  These by-laws may be cited as the Health (Rottnest Island) Amendment

2556 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA [27 June 1995

Commencement

2. These by-laws come into operation on 1 July 1995.

Schedule repealed and a schedule substituted

3. The schedule to the Health (Rottnest Island) By-laws 1989* is repealed

and the following schedule is inserted —
