ROTTNEST ISLAND AUTHORITY ACT 1987
Health (Rottnest Island) By-laws 1989

Pursuant to the provisions of the Health Act 1911, a local authority may make or adopt by-laws and may alter, amend or repeal any by-laws so made or so adopted, the Executive Director, Public Health being a local authority within the meaning of the Health Act 1911, now resolves to amend the following by-laws:

PART 7—ITINERANT VENDORS AND VENDING MACHINES

Sale of Food by Itinerant Vendors
The existing by-laws are amended by:
1. deleting the figures "$60" in line 2 of By-law 52 (3) and inserting" $100 ";

2. inserting after By-law 52 (5)-

(6) Upon the granting of an application under this by-law, a licence shall

be issued to the applicant in accordance with Form 7 in Schedule 1.

1, Form 4 is amended by inserting under the line
