Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations are the
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 4 June 2024.
These regulations are repealed —
(a) the
Construction Camp Regulations ;(b) the
Health (Construction Work) Regulations 1973 ;(c) the
Health (Garden Soil) Regulations 1998 ;(d) the
Health (Temporary Sanitary Conveniences) Regulations 1997 .
