Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
These regulations are the
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on 4 June 2024.
These regulations are repealed —
(a) the
Health Act (Carbon Monoxide) Regulations 1975 ;(b) the
Health (Offensive Trades Fees) Regulations 1976 ;(c) the
Health (Section 112(2) Prohibition) Regulations 2006 ;(d) the
Piggeries Regulations 1952 .
