In Schedule 1 clause 4 in the Table delete “$4.20 per day, up to a maximum of $21.00” and insert:

The fees for the health service provider site that is Fremantle Hospital are the fees set out in the Table.

This Part amends the
Delete regulations 25 and 26 and insert:
(1) The application fee to be paid for the purposes of section 37(1)(c)(iii) is —
(a) $88.00 for a retailer’s licence; and
(b) $88.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and
(c) $213.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.
(2) The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of section 37(1)(c)(iii) is —
(a) $250.00 for a retailer’s licence; and
(b) $250.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and
(c) $609.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.
The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of section 38(1)(c)(ii) is —
(a) $287.00 for a retailer’s licence; and
(b) $287.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and
(c) $678.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.
In regulation 27 delete “$90.00.” and insert:
$93.00.
In regulation 28 delete “$45.00.” and insert:
$46.00.
In regulation 29 delete “$45.00.” and insert:
$46.00.
