Health Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2024

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1Preliminary1.Citation

These regulations are the Health Regulations Amendment (Fees and Charges) Regulations 2024.

2.Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

  • (a)

    Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published on the WA legislation website;

  • (b)

    the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2024.

23.Regulations 25 and 26 replaced

Delete regulations 25 and 26 and insert:

25. Fees to be paid on application for issue of licence

  • (1)

    The application fee to be paid for the purposes of section 37(1)(c)(iii) is —

    • (a)

      $85.00 for a retailer’s licence; and

    • (b)

      $85.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and

    • (c)

      $206.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.

  • (2)

    The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of section 37(1)(c)(iii) is —

    • (a)

      $242.00 for a retailer’s licence; and

    • (b)

      $242.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and

    • (c)

      $591.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.

26. Fees to be paid on application for renewal of licence

The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of section 38(1)(c)(ii) is —

  • (a)

    $278.00 for a retailer’s licence; and

  • (b)

    $278.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and

  • (c)

    $658.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.
