Removal and storage of vehicle fee (a) basic fee plus | $140.00 |
(b) if vehicle is stored for more than 24 hours — for each 7 days or part of 7 days for which vehicle is stored after first 24 hours | $10.00 |

This Part amends the
Delete regulations 25 and 26 and insert:
(1) The application fee to be paid for the purposes of section 37(1)(c)(iii) is —
(a) $85.00 for a retailer’s licence; and
(b) $85.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and
(c) $206.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.
(2) The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of section 37(1)(c)(iii) is —
(a) $242.00 for a retailer’s licence; and
(b) $242.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and
(c) $591.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.
The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of section 38(1)(c)(ii) is —
(a) $278.00 for a retailer’s licence; and
(b) $278.00 for an indirect seller’s licence; and
(c) $658.00 for a wholesaler’s licence.
In regulation 27 delete “$87.00.” and insert:
$90.00.
In regulation 28 delete “$43.00.” and insert:
$45.00.
In regulation 29 delete “$43.00.” and insert:
