Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Health Regulations Amendment (Fees

and Charges) Regulations 2023.

2.              Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)

Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2023.

Delete regulations 25 and 26 and insert:

25.          Fees to be paid on application for issue of licence

(1) The application fee to be paid for the purposes of
section 37(l)(c)(iii) is
(a) $82.00 for a retailer's licence; and
(b) $82.00 for an indirect seller's licence; and
(c) $200.00 for a wholesaler's licence.
(2) The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of
section 37(l)(c)(iii) is -
(a) $235.00 for a retailer's licence; and
(b) $235.00 for an indirect seller's licence; and
(c) $575.00 for a wholesaler's licence.

26.         Fees to be paid on application for renewal of licence

The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of section 38(1)(c)(ii) is —

(a) $270.00 for a retailer's licence; and
(b) $270.00 for an indirect seller's licence; and
(c) $640.00 for a wholesaler's licence.

24.           Regulation 27 amended

In regulation 27 delete "$85.00." and insert:
