Made by the Governor in Executive Council.
Part 1 — Preliminary
1. Citation
These regulations are the Health Regulations Amendment (Fees
and Charges) Regulations 2022.
2. Corn mencement
These regulations come into operation as follows —
(a)
Part 1 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

Part 11 Tobacco Products Control Regulations 2006

24. Regulations amended
This Part amends the Tobacco Products Control
Regulations 2006.25. Regulations 25 and 26 replaced
Delete regulations 25 and 26 and insert:
25. Fees to be paid on application for issue of licence
(1) The application fee to be paid for the purposes of
section 37(1)(c)(iii) is -
(a) $80.00 for a retailer's licence; and (b) $80.00 for an indirect seller's licence; and (c) $195.00 for a wholesaler's licence.
(2) The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of
section 37(1)(c)(iii) is -
(a) $230.00 for a retailer's licence; and (b) $230.00 for an indirect seller's licence; and (c) $550.00 for a wholesaler's licence. 26. Fees to be paid on application for renewal of licence
The licence fee to be paid for the purposes of section 38(1)(c)(ii) is -
(a) $260.00 for a retailer's licence; and (b) $260.00 for an indirect seller's licence; and (c) $620.00 for a wholesaler's licence.
26. Regulation 27 amended
In regulation 27 delete "$80.00." and insert:$85.00.
