Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

Part 1 — Preliminary

1.       Citation

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)

Part 1 - on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2018.

Part 2 - Food Regulations 2009 amended

This Part amends the Food Regulations 2009.

4. Schedule 2 replaced
Delete Schedule 2 and insert:

(1) Delete the Table to Schedule 1 clause 5 and insert:

16.          Regulation 3 amended

(1) In regulation 3(2) delete "$1 500." and insert:

(2) In regulation 3(3):
(a) in paragraph (a) delete "$150; and" and insert:

$200; and

(b) in paragraph (b) delete "$900; and" and insert:

$1000; and

(c) in paragraph (c) delete "$900." and insert:
