An Act to repeal the Health Regulation (Maternal Health Information) Act 1998

Notified under the Legislation Act 2001 on 9 September 2002

(see Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

1. Name of Act

   This Act is the Health Regulation (Maternal Health Information) Repeal Act 2002.

2. Commencement

   This Act commences on its notification day.

3. Repealed Act
