Health (Radiation Safety) (Fees) Regulations 2002
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees for the registration of certain radiation apparatus and sealed radioactive sources and the licences to operate them.
2. Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 108AJ of the Health Act 1958.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 October 2002.
4. Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Health (Radiation
Safety) Regulations 19941 are called the Principal
Regulations.

5. Licence fees
(1) In regulation 13(1) of the Principal Regulations,
for "$99" substitute "$101.50".
(2) In regulation 13(2) of the Principal Regulations,
for "$320" substitute "$329.50".
6. Registration fees
For the Table to regulation 17 in the Principal
Regulations substitute—
