Health (Public Buildings) Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Public Buildings)
Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Health (Public
Buildings) Regulations 1992*.

3.             Regulation 7 amended

Regulation 7 is amended by deleting from the Table to subregulation (1) the item that refers to “Early childhood centre”.
