Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Health Professions Boards (Procedures)

Ordinance 1981

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Health Professions Boards

(Procedures) (Amendment) Ordinance 1982.'

Proceedings to be in public

2. Section 26 of the Health Professions Boards (Procedures) Ordinance

1981 2 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

"(3) A person shall not fail to comply with a direction given by the Board

in pursuance of paragraph (2) (b) or (c).

Penalty: $1,000 or imprisonment for 6 months.".
