An Ordinance to amend the Health Professions Boards (Procedures)
Ordinance 1981
Short title
| 1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Health Professions | Boards |
(Procedures) (Amendment) Ordinance 1982.'
Proceedings to be in public
| 2. Section 26 of the Health Professions Boards (Procedures) | Ordinance |
1981 2 is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at
"(3) A person shall not fail to comply with a direction given by the Board
in pursuance of paragraph (2) (b) or (c).
Penalty: $1,000 or imprisonment for 6 months.".
