Name of regulation
This regulation is the Health Professionals Amendment Regulation 2010 (No 2).
Commencement
This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.
NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

This regulation amends the Health Professionals Regulation 2004.

A veterinary surgeon who has been registered for 4 years may be appointed to the ACT Veterinary Surgeons Board.

Examples—what may be fixed under a schedule
1 The schedule for veterinary surgeons may provide that the registration period for a veterinary surgeon ends on 30 June.
2 The schedule for medical radiation scientists may provide that the registration period for a radiation therapist ends on the radiation therapist’s birthday.
