This regulation may be cited as the Health (Private Hospitals) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Health(PrivateHospitals)Regulation1978 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Interpretation) 3.(1) Section 3, heading— omit, insert — ‘ Definitions ’. (2) Section 3(1), ‘In’ to ‘appears:–’— omit, insert — ‘In this regulation—’. (3) Section 3(2)— omit . ˙ Insertion of new s 4A 4. After section 4— insert — ˙ ‘ Fees ‘ 4A.
