Health (Prescribed Insect Pests) Regulations 1991

1.Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Prescribed Insect Pests) Regulations 1991 1.

2.Prescribed insect pests

For the purposes of section 199(20) of the Act the insects described in the Table to this regulation are prescribed insect pests.
