I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Health Practitioners Tribunal Act 2010 .16 November 2020

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Health Practitioners Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2020. 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3FeeFor the purposes of section 21(6)(e) of the Health Practitioners Tribunal Act 2010, the prescribed fee for an application under section 21(2) or (4) of that Act is 150 fee units. 4Legislation rescindedThe legislation specified in Schedule 1 is rescinded.
