s1 2 s3 Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) No. 243, 2003 Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the HealthPractitioners(SpecialEventsExemption) Regulation 1998. 3 Insertion of new s 3 After section 2— insert — ‘3 Declaration of Lexmark Indy 300 as special event ‘ (1) The event known as ‘Lexmark Indy 300’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. ‘ (2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 23 October 2003 and ending on 26 October 2003.’.
