s1 2 s3 Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) No. 245, 2007 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the HealthPractitioners(SpecialEvents Exemption) Regulation 1998 . 3 Replacement of s 2 (Declaration of 2006 Lexmark Indy 300 as special event) Section 2— omit, insert — ‘2 Declaration of 2007 Lexmark Indy 300 as special event ‘(1) The event known as ‘2007 Lexmark Indy 300’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. ‘(2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting at midday on Wednesday 17 October 2007 and ending at midday on Monday 22 October 2007.’.
