s1 2 s3 Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) No. 177, 2004 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the HealthPractitioners(SpecialEvents Exemption) Regulation 1998. 3 Replacement of ss 2 and 3 Sections 2 and 3— omit, insert— ‘2 Declaration of Lexmark Indy 300 as special event ‘(1) The event known as ‘Lexmark Indy 300’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. ‘(2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 21 October 2004 and ending on 24 October 2004.’.
