s1 2 s3 Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) No. 33, 2003 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the HealthPractitioners(SpecialEventsExemption) Regulation 1998. 3 Replacement of ss 2 and 3 Sections 2 and 3— omit, insert— ‘2 Declaration of Rugby World Cup 2003 as a special event ‘ (1) The event known as ‘Rugby World Cup 2003’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. ‘ (2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 1 September 2003 and ending on 1 December 2003.’.
