s1 2 s3 Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) No. 47, 2001 Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the HealthPractitioners(SpecialEventsExemption) Regulation 1998. 3 Insertion of new s 3 After section 2— insert — ‘3 Declaration of 14 th WAVA World Veterans’ Athletics Championships as special event ‘ (1) The event known as ‘14 th WAVA World Veterans’ Athletics Championships’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. ‘ (2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 1 July 2001 and ending on 16 July 2001.’.
