This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioners (Special Events Exemption) Amendment Regulation 2000 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the HealthPractitioners(SpecialEventsExemption) Regulation 1998 . ˙ Replacement of ss 2 and 3 3. Sections 2 and 3— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Declaration of 2001 Goodwill Games Brisbane as special event ‘ 2.(1) The event known as ‘2001 Goodwill Games Brisbane’ is declared to be a special event for the Act. ‘ (2) The exemption under the Act for the event has effect for the period starting on 29 August 2001 and ending on 10 September 2001.’.
