Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to provide that a paramedic who is appointed by the Governor as a member of the Paramedicine Council of New South Wales must be a paramedic nominated by the Minister administering the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW).
This Regulation is made under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW), including sections
41E and 247A (the general regulation-making power).
