Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to continue in force a provision requiring certain records to be kept by medical practitioners and medical corporations in relation to partners of patients being treated for chlamydia, that would otherwise cease to have effect on 1 January 2018.
This Regulation is made under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW), including section 247A (the general regulation-making power).

This Regulation commences on 15 December 2017 and is required to be published on the NSW legislation website.
