This Regulation is the Health Practitioner Regulation (New South Wales)
Amendment (Infection Control Standards) Regulation 2016.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Health Practitioner Regulation (New South Wales) Regulation 2016

Schedule 3 Infection control standards

Omit the definition of AS/NZS 4187 from clause 1 (1). Insert instead:

AS/NZS 4187 means AS/NZS 4187:2014, Reprocessing of reusable medical devices in health service organizations, as in force from time to time.
