MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of sections 41B (2) and 165 (2) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW), make the following Order.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to establish, on 1 July 2012, councils and tribunals for New South Wales in relation to certain health professions. Currently, only certain parts of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (NSW) apply to these health professions. The remaining parts of the National Law will begin to apply to these health professions on 1 July 2012.
This Order is made under sections 41B (2) and 165 (2) of the Health Practitioner Regulation
National Law (NSW).
