Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2018 (Qld)

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2018.

2   Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions

(1)The period before automatic commencement, under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954, section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 13 September 2019.

(2)In this section—

postponed law means the uncommenced provisions of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017.

Editor’s note—

The postponed law now automatically commences on 14 September 2019.

3   Expiry

This regulation expires on 15 September 2019.
