1      Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law

Amendment (Professional Indemnity Insurance) Regulation 2025.

2      Commencement

This regulation commences on the day this regulation is published by the Victorian
Government Printer.

3      Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Regulation

2018.

4      Amendment of s 40 Transition period in relation to professional indemnity insurance arrangements for midwives practising private midwifery

Section 40, ‘1 July 2025’—

omit, insert—
