Made by the Ministerial Council under section 245 of the Health
Practitioner Regulation National Law as applied by the law of the States
and Territories.
Date of making 10 November 2023

1.             Short title

This Regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioner
Regulation National Law Amendment (Professional Indemnity
Insurance) Regulation 2023.

2.             Commencement

This Regulation commences—

(a)	for Western Australia—on the day after the day this Regulation is published on the WA legislation website, as defined in section 8 of the Legislation Act 2021 of Western Australia, and
(b)	for all other participating jurisdictions—on the day it is published by the Victorian Government Printer.

3.             Regulation amended

This Regulation amends the Health Practitioner Regulation
National Law Regulation 2018.
