1 Citation

This Regulation may be cited as the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Amendment (Midwife Insurance Exemption) Regulation 2013.

2 Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published by the

Victorian Government Printer.

3      Amendment of Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Regulation

Clause 29 Transition period in relation to professional indemnity insurance arrangement for midwives practising private midwifery

Omit “30 June 2013”. Insert instead “30 June 2015”.
