Health (Pet Meat) Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Pet Meat)
Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health (Pet
Meat) Regulations 1990*.

3.             Regulation 32 replaced

Regulation 32 is repealed and the following regulation is inserted instead —

“

32.           Application of Part 5

This Part does not apply to food premises within the
meaning of that term in section 246G(1) of the Health
Act 1911.

4.             Various references to “local authority” amended

In each place listed in the Table to this regulation “local authority” is deleted in each place where it occurs and the following is inserted instead —

“ local government ”.
