HEALTH (PET MEAT) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor and Administrator in

Executive Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Health (Pet Meat) Amendment

Regulations 1992.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Health (Pet Meat) Regulations 1990* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 5 amended

3.     Regulation 5 (3) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "5°c"

and substituting the following —

" below 10°C

Regulation 6 amended

4.     Regulation 6 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "reduce

to 1°C" and substituting the following —

reduced to 10°C

Regulation 8 amended

5.     Regulation 8 (2) of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) by deleting "of box" and substituting the following —

tC of a box "; and

(b) by deleting "1°C" and substituting the following —

CC

10°C ".
