HEALTH (PESTICIDES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 3) 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Health (Pesticides) Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1994.

Regulation 6 repealed

2.      Regulation 6 of the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 1956* is repealed.
