Health (Pesticides) Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2015

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Health (Pesticides) Amendment

19 May 2015 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 1759

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations 1 and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on 1 July 2015.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Health (Pesticides)
Regulations 2011.

4.            Schedule 1 amended

In Schedule 1:

(a) delete "308" (each occurrence) and insert:

320

b) delete "22" (each occurrence) and insert:

23

(c)	delete "1 1" (each occurrence) and insert: 12
(d)	delete "154" (each occurrence) and insert:

160

(e) delete "110" and insert:

114
