HEALTH (PESTICIDES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (NO. 2) 1994

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Health (Pesticides) Amendment

Regulations (No. 2) 1994.

Commencement

2.     These regulations come into operation on 1 July 1994.

Principal regulations

3.     In these regulations the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 1956* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 33 amended

4.      Regulation 33 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (2) by deleting "$90" and substituting the following —
"	$100	"; and

(b) in subregulation (4) by deleting "$90" and substituting the following —

Regulation 36 amended

5. Regulation 36 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) in subregulation (1) by deleting "$25" and substituting the following —

"	$50	"; and
(b)	following —	in subregulation (3) (a) by deleting "$25" and substituting the

Regulation 63 amended

6.      Regulation 63 of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) following — in subregulation (2) (a) by deleting "$240" and substituting the

" $250

(b) following — in subregulation (2) (b) by deleting "$120" and substituting the

$125 "; and

(c) in subregulation (4) by deleting 1240" and substituting the

following —

" $250 ".

Regulation 68 amended

7.      Regulation 68 (c) of the principal regulations is amended —

(a) following — in subparagraph (i) by deleting "$120" and substituting the

" $125

(b)	following —	in subparagraph (ii) by deleting "$60" and substituting the
"	$62.50	"; and

(c) in subparagraph (iii) by deleting "$120" and substituting the

following —

" $125

Regulation 70 amended

8. Regulation 70 (6) (a) of the principal regulations is amended by deleting

"$120" and substituting the following —

" $125 ".
