Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council on the advice of the
Pesticides Advisory Committee.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Health (Pesticides) Amendment

Various fees amended

2. The Health (Pesticides) Regulations 1956* are amended by deleting in the regulations referred to in column 1 of the Table to this regulation the fees respectively set out in column 2 of the Table and substituting in each case the corresponding fees set out in column 3 of the Table.
