Health (Pesticides) Amendment

Regulations 2004

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council on the advice of the Pesticides Advisory Committee.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Health (Pesticides)
Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Health
(Pesticides) Regulations 1956*.

3.            Regulation 33 amended

(1)	Regulation 36(1) is amended by deleting "$290" and inserting instead — " $140 ".
(2)	Regulation 36(3)(a) is amended by deleting "$135" and inserting instead —
" $140 ".
(1)	Regulation 33(2) is amended by deleting "$270" and inserting instead — " $280 ".
(2)	Regulation 33(4) is amended by deleting "$250" and inserting instead — " $280 ".

5.            Regulation 63 amended

(1) Regulation 63(2) is amended as follows:

(a)

in paragraph (a) by deleting "$270" and inserting " $280

(b)

in paragraph (b) by deleting "$135" and inserting " $140 ".

(2) Regulation 63(4) is amended by deleting "$270" and inserting

instead —
" $280 ".

6.            Regulation 68 amended

Regulation 68(c) is amended as follows:

(a)

in subparagraph (i) by deleting "$135" and inserting " $140 ";

(b)

in subparagraph (ii) by deleting "$67.50" and inserting " $70 ";

(c)

in subparagraph (iii) by deleting "$135" and inserting " $140 ".

7.            Regulation 70 amended

Regulation 70(6)(a) is amended by deleting "$135" and

inserting instead —

" $140 ".
