HEALTH (PESTICIDES)AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1995

Made by The Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council on the advice of the Pesticides Advisory Committee.

(a)	in writing; or
(b)	if the person is an officer of the Agriculture Protection Board, the Fisheries Department or the Department of Conservation and Land Management, in writing or in a form approved by the Executive Director, Public
Health in the particular case.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Health (Pesticides) Amendment

Regulations 1995.

Regulation 31 amended

2. Regulation 31 of the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 1956* is amended by

inserting after subregulation (6) the following subregulations —

(6a) A person who gives notification under subregulation (6)

shall do so —

(6b) A person may request approval of a proposed form of giving notification under subregulation (6a) (b) by submitting details of the proposal in writing to the Executive Director, Public Health.
