HEALTH (PESTICIDES) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS 1992

Made by Lieutenant-Governor and Deputy of the Governor in Executive Council
on the advice of the Pesticides Advisory Committee.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Health (Pesticides) Amendment
Regulations 1992.

2. Each regulation of the Health (Pesticides) Regulations 1956* referred to in

the second column of the Table to this regulation is amended by deleting the
fee set out opposite the regulation in the third column of the Table and

substituting the corresponding fee set out in the fourth column of the Table.
