Health (Pest Control Operators) (Fees) Regulations
1996
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase the fees for licences for users of pesticides and registration of pest control operators.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 108B,
108C(2)(a) and 108H of the Health Act 1958.
3. Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
1996.
4. Principal Regulations
In these Regulations the 1Health (Pest Control
Operators) Regulations 1992 are called thePrincipal Regulations.
5. Registration fee
Health (Pest Control Operators) (Fees) Regulations 1996

In regulation 7 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$220" substitute "$230".
6. Licence fee
In regulation 8 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$110" substitute "$115".
